Today I was invited to interview Candace Nelson again regarding the new season premiere of Cupcake Wars. Candace is the founder and pastry chef of Sprinkles Cupcakes, the world's first cupcake bakery.
Here are a few questions asked and her answers:
Favorite cupcake creation currently?: Eggnog; it really adds something unique to the cupcake and frosting experience.
What will be new and exciting on the next Cupcake Wars series? A lot of Vegan, Gluten-free and non-allergy focused bakers. Some did impressively well and others not so good.
What is the must see episode of the season? Candace says we should definitely see the Champions and Redemption Show. There is a lot of competition and drama.
Where and what will Candace be doing for the first episode of Cupcake Wars? Curled up in front of a fireplace with eggnog and a cupcake.
